If your situation does not fit any of these tiers cleanly, say so — most of our larger agreements started as an exception.

Is there a minimum commitment?
Single kitchen has no minimum. Higher tiers are billed annually, and we will pro-rate a mid-term upgrade rather than restarting the term.
What happens if we outgrow a tier?
You move up and pay the difference from that point. We do not backdate, and we will tell you when the numbers say a change makes sense.
Do you offer non-profit or public sector pricing?
Yes, for registered non-profits and public bodies in the markets we serve. Ask and we will send the schedule.
Which currencies can we be billed in?
EUR, USD, CZK and ZMW. The published prices are indicative in other currencies and fixed at contract signature.
